Your Mission

Within our teams, you support our leading clients’ general management, business lines, and/or information systems in the governance and management of their transformation program.

Your mission will include:

• Assistance to program management in various business areas
• The establishment of a PMO or project portfolio management unit in organizational departments, CIOs or project owners
• The choice and implementation of program management tools
• The implementation of innovative governance solutions and taking advantage of the contributions of digital.

Your Profile

• M / F, higher education (business and engineering schools, university), you benefit from successful experiences of 4 to 10 years, within a management or strategy consulting firm or internally on strategic programs.
• Comfortable in human relations and results-oriented, you are dynamic, curious and demonstrate an excellent team spirit.
• You have good experience in program management. You ideally have a certification, PMI or Prince2 or Product Owner. You also have good knowledge of one of the following areas: Digital program management, Hybrid program management (Agile and V-Cycle), visual management, market program management tools.
• You are also recognized for your great qualities of rigor and pragmatism. Versatile, you have a good knowledge of business transformation projects or/and information systems.
• You have a fluent level of professional English, essential both in writing and speaking.
• You are looking for a structure on a human scale where you will take an active part in the firm’s development (new offers, commercial activities, networking, etc.).
